Rattling coming from baseboard heating system

There's a constant rattling/jack-hammer/chain noise coming from my baseboard heating system. Originally I noticed it in a far room from the boiler, but traced the sound back to the boiler room. It appears to be coming from the expansion tank, but I can't be certain.
Here's a video of the noise: https://vidd.me/O4J
Any advice would be appreciated.

sounds like....
that are usually a check valve needing some adjustment.0 -
Rattle
It looks like your tank is screwed into the bottom port of a flow control valve . Open the valve with the manual opener and see if the rattle stops .There was an error rendering this rich post.

Yeah...
Can't say as I've ever seen one screwed in there. Any port in a storm eh…
What is your operating pressure? Static (pumps off) and running.

It had the right sized holes
in the right places, so we used it! I think we saw a photo here of one like it about a year ago -- could they be the work of the same genius?0
