Seeking info on unusual stem for antique hot water radiator

Hello,  I have been searching for a cast iron radiator stem handle that fits the stem on the valve pictured.  It is "pie" shaped with a length of approx. 5/16".  All radiators in home have this recessed stem so that one handle will set them to appropriate on/off flow.  Thanks!
