Air vents on cast iron baseboards

Surprised how much air needs to be vented out of a cast iron baseboard than a traditional column radiator. Almost 3x as much air per EDR. From previous threads, looks like Gorton only recommends C size vents on a 1st or 2nd floor for "extreme cases", but if you have a baseboard, it looks like anything over 4 ft, given the calculations, requires a C size vent. Wondering what others think about this.
Placement is also an issue but I guess this is typical for most radiators. Tried placing the vent on the bottom but there was too much condensate. Placing it on top doesn't get all the air out so some of the bottom portion stayed cold/warm instead of getting hot.

Vent
You can connect the ends with 3/4" pipe and install a tee at any height you want.0
