Field power vent problem

Can someone tell me somewhere to get a good troubleshooting guide for Field swg oil fired power venter with ck61 control also has the WMO-1 secondary safety on the stack? On a call for heat I have 120v at B1&B2 also 120v at the L1&N ON THE CK-61, 120v on both sides of pressure switch and WMO-1 also at T1&T2 but 0 volts at T3. I'm thinking the solid state post purge module my be bad
