How
Can I
Slow down the water going through my tubing so I can get a wider delta t
I have a small bathroom that i put in radiant heat about 170 feet of tubing
I used a three way mixing valve and a taco 007 circ my water supply is 125 and
My return is 118 I want to put a gate valve in to throttle down the flow but I do
Not know if I should put it on the supply or return any suggestions

Why?
do you want a wider ∆T? Sounds like maybe too much circ for one 170' loop? Consider sizing down the pump, if you must shed away head energy use a globe or a specific balance valve. Closing down a gate valve enough to force that circ to run down may cause some noise and other un-desireable effects.Bob "hot rod" Rohr
