Old baseboard capacity

I'm looking for capacity data on the following baseboard:

12" high X about 3-1/4" deep

3"X3-1/2" fin, 5 fins per inch (60 FPF)

Baseboard (not fintube) installed in a commercial building.

Fin Tube:

Is the pipe that the fins are around copper or steel? 3/4" or 1"?

Unless you have access to old IBR course books, it's just a guestimate like horse shoes and hand grenades.

Sounds like its close to #80 Slant Fin. If 3/4". 600 to 750 BTU's per foot at 170* water at 1GPM. But you have little way of knowing that so it is just a guess.

Need more information.
