baseboard heat cover matching.

in THE MAIN WALL
I have an old house with forced hot water heat. In the main bedroom there is a section of baseboard heat covering missing, god knows why. anyhow I would like to match it if possible and just replace the section with couplings if I can.. I can't find and company name stamped in anywhere.. Anyone recognize this? If you can I'd love to know where I can order a small section with couplings do join it on both sides. Thanks
