State supply
Send it to them, and they may have a replacement capsule for it which would be easier than replacing the whole thing.--NBC0 -

Have you rebuilt ones of these before? Any issues opening the trap.0 -
State Supply has
replacement cage units for the Trane verticle B1's. It's a Barnes and Jones 4221 if you don't have a removable seat (most likely). Link here....http://www.statesupply.com/bd1825 If it does have a removable seat, use a B&J 4270. Sounds sketchy
Here are the pics of the B1 trap opened up. Can you tell me which replacement insert I need. I assume this this the integral seat, as I do not see a way to remove it. If I am correct how does the replacement fit/work with this trap. .. Also, it looks the number 48 is etched into the base of the spring side. Thanks0 -
Picked up B&N 4221 replacement cage
Now I need to figure out how to remove the current spring/compression element, which appears to be permanently attached to the trap body top. Has anyone removed on of these before? (Please refer to the pics above)0
