Accidental left water on to my gas steam boiler... Now it won't start up

So I accidentally left the water on on my gas water heater on. i noticed the radiator in my kitchen leaking so I turned down the thermostat and went into the basement and there was water coming out of the pressure relief valve so I drained the boiler to about an inch below the top of the viewing glass and went back upstairs and turned the thermostat way up and went back downstairs and the boiler wasn't firing up. The water was on for about an hour or so. Any suggestions? Help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Ok so I think water dripped down to the burner and the extinguished the pilot light and I don't know how to start it up again. And how should I dry it cause it looks like there's water on it.0 -

Post your question in the steam section as to make sure your boiler is properly filled in the sight glass.0 -
