does all the heating pipe have clamp?

hi.
so if there's loosen clamp of the pipe and that makes noise.
does all the pipe have clamp and if they are not loosen,
do they all stay still even like when someone try to push the pipe if it raddles or not? and if it pushes when someone push does that mean the clamp is loosen? what I noticed in this apartment was only one heating pipe was still when I pushed. and most of the all was moving when I push. Is this normal? Thanx!

Heat water pipes
will expand and contract significantly. Ideally, the installer should use means of support that will allow the pipes to slide back and forth within them. Expansion is such a factor that on bigger jobs we have to pipe U-shaped loops in line to accommodate expansion sort like a bellows.0
