Ajax tube boiler inspection hole

I have not seen this yet. I have a request from a client to look into an inspectors report declaring that the 'hand hole' as he called it is corroded and needs repair. The inspector (from State Farm) said that reinforcing ring may need to be applied. I will see the unit on Monday to give my client a quote. Just wondering if anyone has experience repairing these things. I looked all over Ajax's website and did not find any repair parts listed (like a gasket kit). I'll talk to the rep on Monday.
Thanks in advance.

Osco:
The owner of the building simply chose to ignore fixing it. Thinks the inspector is too busy to follow through. Jerk.
Thanks for inquiring.0
