Had to go remove frost build up from a Triangle Tube boiler install I did a few years ago. The intake was 4 feet horizontally and 1 1/2 foot vertically separated but with the extreme cold and wind we have had here in MI it has been a widespread problem.

After explaining what happened to the customer they told me they were very happy with the new boiler.

I replaced a roughly 500,000 BTU Raypak.

They told me that after the new boiler was installed there gas bill was 1/3 of what it was with the Raypak.

I usually get at least 30% gas savings but 66% savings just blew me away.
