Is there a coating can lower a hotpipe temperture surface temperature from 170C/338F to 30C/86F?

I am looking for a thermal insulation coating, thermal conductivity is arround 0.012-0.018W/m•K(under temperature 25C/77F)

Doesn't reach up that high
but someone recommended http://www.tempcoat.com/temp-coat-products/temp-coat-101/prod_2.html to us awhile back. I have not tried it.0
