Thermal switch to control B&G Series 100

I have a B&G series 100 pump for my OLD Burnham coal boiler. When the fire gets hot i plug the pump directly into the wall and it runs until i shut it off. I would like to have it hooked up to a switch to turn on at say 140 degrees and shut off at 120 or so. Is this possible? Obviously the current situation is less than efficient lol. Thanks for any help!
