Eternal GU195S E3 issues

I have an Eternal GU195s that's displaying an Error 3. It's been installed for about a year and a half now and has been flawless. I checked the manual and nothing's changed as far as gas, electric ect...the (on/off) light & the (BurnerOn) light keep simultaneously going on off before the E3 happens as if it's trying to ignite but cannot get there. Before calling a professional, any recommendations?
