I have 3 zone heat and I don't have a bleeders values so how do I get he air out pipes are making noises

Purge
With a hose. Look for a valve on return with boiler drains that you can hook a hose to. Not particularly easy to explain. Nor did every fitter equip systems with purging valves. The idea is to shut the valve so you create a dead-end that you can push the air out with flow.
Expansion tank problems result in your relief valves lifting.0
