Oil change outs

I have read that r-22 can be retrofitted with r-407c(I'm not asking when or why this change out is done) Strictly removing the oil from line sets I have seen, never
witnessed a condenser or an evaporator coil be cleaned. I stress the fact that I understand this a time consuming process. Involving several attempts to change out the system oil to a Poe oil. But all the reasons asside, how can you flush coils free of old deposited oil ?
