Spartan Power Cube...?

Anybody have any experience with Spartan Power Cube zone actuators? I have a building with several of these valves that have seized. I've never installed or serviced these valves and would prefer to have something like the Taco Zone Sentry. Another company was servicing this equipment before and has been able to exercise the valves and get them working but the customer would like to have them replaced. If they're good valves I will recommend servicing/repairing them as well as pricing out a replacement.
