Runtal baseboard

in THE MAIN WALL
I'm looking at replacing  some Slant/Fin 30A baseboard with a section of Runtal UF-2 baseboard. Is there anything any that I should be concerned with? Pressure/GPM drop through the rest of the existing Slant/Fin? The heating loop is 3/4" and the Runtal would be bushed down to 1/2".
