Not used panels

Have triangle tube with basement radiant and two zones(1st floor 2nd floor) with myson radiant panels with trvs. House is also heated with masonry wood heater on main floor. New construction 5 years old. 2nd floor myson panels have never been needed to heat space. Is it better to drain them or leave them full of water? Can isolate/ drain in boiler room from manifold. Pex piping throughout..

no harm
in keeping them online, you may need them someday. as long as there are no leaks or freeze potential. Rust never sleeps, keep them in the sealed system.Bob "hot rod" Rohr
