Have 1854 three story building with six apartments in center city Philadelphia, heated by one pipe system. Family bought building before WW2. Relatively new boiler (3 years). As time passes people retire and the search is on for a new service company.
Right now we need someone for routine service and help with balancing the system.
I see from old posts on this web site that people were recommending Oceans of Water about five years ago. Does anyone have recent experience with them?
Or, does anyone know someone else they could recommend?
