radators how much tilt?

I understand that one pipe radiators should be tilted back toward the pipe but how much, most of the ones in one house are very slightly tipped back. Is there a rule of thumb? On a reg.level,..a quarter, a half a bubble?Or just if you don't hear gurgling noises in that radiator and it heats well?

Just a little bit of slope is necessary to get the condensate to flow back to the valve.
Don't tilt too much as the condensate should gently flow back underneath the steam.--NBC0
