Brand new boiler, Rapak Raytherm residential installed for a new radiant floor system with 2 zones. Igniter module flashes "internal error" frequently. Fluctuates from that code to "low voltage" and "flame rod short" occasionally. Fired properly for the past two days but didnt fire initially and failed to fire two days after start up  Does this new boiler have a defective igniter? Is something else the problem? I've checked voltage, i've checked the flame rod, i've checked gas pressure. All check.

    Ground?

Make sure you have a solid ground and I think you'll find your problem. Not familiar with Raypac stuff but isn't that a pool heater?

    You have a grounding issue

This is why all metallic piping systems in a building need to be bonded. Was the wiring replaced?

Once you get the problem fixed you may need a new control.

Contractor should have verified a good ground at time of install.
