Hey can anybody help me with this I have a church with a cracked boiler. Not just one but 4 visible cracks. These are at the top of the boiler right on the top of the block well above the water line. As a matter of fact the water line was right where it was supposed to be when my service guy showed up. The boiler is a Bryant Natural Gas Atmospheric mod#246-13 series A. circa 1970. I've never seen a boiler crack like this and I am wondering why it did. The customer wants to blame my company he claims its from us not cleaning it properly. I refuted that but couldn't give him a reason why it did.
