in THE MAIN WALL
I am posting the video of the noise.

It gets worse then this during night time.

I waited 40 minutes down the basement to video this.

The apartment office won't do anything about it,

They are say 'I' am harrassing them with same problem

and if I go to their office with this issue again the office will call the police..

what should I do?

I can't tolerate the noise.
