Burnham maintenance

I have in-floor heat and a Burnham SP5NI G2 Boiler.  I recently bought the house and am getting ready for the winter in Alaska. While trying to find a business offering maintenance for Burnhams, I needed to remove the front and find the model #.  Once the panel was removed, I saw what I thought was too much dust. Turns out the boiler hasn't been serviced for several years...not really sure.

It looks and works fine as far as I can tell, but I'm not an expert.  I put a CO detector in the garage near the unit, and all seems well.

I know it should get annual maintenance, and going for years is not good. I'll get it serviced within the next few days.  I was wondering how I can tell if the business I find says they service Burnham actually know their stuff?  What I can expect the maintenance guy to do?  What I might expect for parts (if any)? What to generally expect? Does an inspection include the connections to the Aamtrol water tank or anything else?

Would appreciate your advice and suggestions.  Many thanks.
