Does anyone know where to find information about programming a Quietside DPW-120A unit via the DSR-100F controller? The manual shows how to change the display units from F to C but none of the other functions are documented in the manual for some reason. The unit has trouble at times getting my 80 gallon storage tank up to temperature (125F) despite having the DHW set to 140F. The unit heats the water to 140F and then cycles on and off over a long period of time. Unfortunately this sometimes seems to stall the unit and the infloor heating is never allowed to start. I thought that the unit would be able to deliver 140F water to my 80 gallon storage tank until its temperature has been satisfied? My plumber has replaced all of the components including my water tanks thermostat and the motherboard on the unit itself. I'm wondering if there are settings that need to be set in this configuration that he did not change or something.
