Cast Iron Radiator Manufacturer

Who makes the highest quality, freestanding cast iron radiators? I'm looking for something similar to this:

<a href="http://www.governaleindustries.com/govfree.cfm">http://www.governaleindustries.com/govfree.cfm</a>

I was told by my local plumbing supplier that Governale radiators are made in Brooklyn, NY and are superior to Chinese-made ones. So, I placed an order for two Governale radiators. I'm a homeowner, not a pro, and am new to cast iron radiators. So, when I picked the radiators up a few days later, I didn't think to check for any kind of manufacturer name cast into the radiator.

I had a question about the radiators, so I called Governale. To answer the question, the woman I spoke with, who was very helpful/patient, kept saying, "Look right under where it says Governale on the leg..." However, I didn't see Governale cast on the leg. Long story short, my plumbing supplier said their distributor messed up and didn't give them Governale radiators, even though that's what I ordered. Part of me thinks they were trying to pull one over on me. Not sure what to believe.

Anyway, a few days ago, I exchanged the wrong radiators for new ones that do say Governale right on the leg. However, while cleaning threads up to put plugs, etc. in, I noticed that the inside of each leg said China, and as I tilted the radiator back down, a clump of casting sand fell out.

I read on this forum that sometimes during the year, Burnham/Governale have radiators made in China when their factory in PA is casting other things. So maybe that's what happened here, or maybe these are knock-offs.

Anyway, these are going back, and I won't be going back to this plumbing supplier.

So, back to my original question - who makes the highest quality, freestanding cast iron radiators?

Thanks for the help.
