Recommend a setup for my art studio

Hi there,



I am constructing a separate building on my property that will be 600 square feet with 15 foot ceilings for my art studio.

I have run the gas and water to the building and I am now looking to set up a radiant heating system for the studio.

I will be using 3" of spray insulation in the walls and ceiling.

I also want to have hot water for my mess sink in the studio.

I live in Toronto, Canada where it's not super cold but it does get chilly over the winter.



Can anyone recommend a setup I cold use to heat the space and provide hot water when needed.
