Trane Vent

I'm trying to find out how to get a Trane vent replaced (photos attached), water is sperting out of it at the top of it. I was told I have a 2 pipe steam vacuum system. Is there a supply house that may carry it, or a local shop I can order one from. I live in northern NJ and I'd like to keep the original parts if possible.
It's about 7 1/4'' x 3 7/16'' looks like its made out of brass.

Vent
Odds are that there's a more serious reason for the vent spitting water. Is it a lot of water or little drops? I would recommend keeping the Trane vent out of the system and installing modern Gorton #2 vents.
Any pictures of the boiler and piping?0
