Does anyone have any information on the following new standard:
ASTM F2929 - 13
Standard Specification for Crosslinked Polyethylene (PEX) Tubing of 0.070 in. Wall and Fittings for Radiant Heating Systems up to 75 psig.
This standard is for 5/8" and 7/8" NTS non-barrier PEX.

New Standard
I have seen the standard but am curious about the origin and application of it. Is this from a particular manufacturer. It is interesting that it is only 5/8" and 7/8". This could possibly be for snowmelt.0 -
Don't know.

7/8" PEX
Isn't that what http://www.radiantcompany.com/ has been selling? (along with some rather bad advice, from what I have seen.)0
