pressuretrol settings - are these right?

its an ultra low pressure system
trying to set the pressure to 1.5 but i dont think these settings are correct. pressure tends to cut off closer to 5 psi

The MAIN scale sets the boiler's cut off pressure. The DIFF. is subtracted from the MAIN to set the cut-in pressure.
These devices work well but they dont have great resolution on the low end. You need to adjust the main to 1.5psi and the DIFF to as low as practical- interpolate 1psi- so burner extinguishes at 1.5psi and re- lights when pressure is 0.5psi and will continue to do so until thermostat is satisfied.
