Old Base Board

in THE MAIN WALL
I have a building that was built in 1965. The Fin tube is 1" copper size 4 1/4" X 2 3/4" and 48 fins per foot. The GPM is unknown and water temp is 180F. What do you think the BTUs per foot would be.   Each Unit is about 650' - 750' and there is only 12' - 14' of base board per unit.

    I checked the Hydronic Rating Handbook.

    They're not showing it. How about doing a heat-loss calculation?

    I am going to look at it my self to see if size of base board is correct. I will also get a room lay out. I forgot to say this building is 55 and older. The turn the heat on Sept. 15 so the heating side of thing is very critical.
