Mr. Pex Manifolds and Fittings?

If you have any opinions on Mr. Pex manifolds, I'd like to hear about it! I've had some mishaps with the supply house about ordering a Caleffi manifold and fittings for PAP, so I started looking at short lead time manifolds.  The one thing about Mr. Pex that worries me is the price of fittings.  Uponor fittings are about four times the price, which to me is a red flag.
