ceramic burner "brick" replacement source

we are servicing a kewanie c coiler, it has a gas conversion. the burner deck has 120 burners - upshot through a tripple hole (three burner) brick (about the size possiblly slightly larger than a regular building brick) with a tripod top , the info printed on the brick is S I 131 the cap is a AFC CO R 6111
we need to replace 2 sets of these bricks ( 2 bricks & 6 tops) we need info so we can order replacements in the chicago area,
