Electronic Replacement for A.O. Smith Burkay "Thermal Balancer"?

Looking for a particular type of delay-on-break relay that will mount in a standard knockout and keep a circulator running to purge heat out of a boiler. The Burkay uses a relay of this type (A.O.S. part# 9005908205, old # 98190, made by Eaton or Invensys under that company's part# 31CLVD) but it appears to be mechanical; does anyone know of a newer type of relay that will do the same thing?

  Its pretty much perfect for setting up a heat purge for any system. . I like it as its based on water temp not a timer like most delays.  Just make sure its set to cooling mode so it makes on temp rise. The temp sensing wire straps to the supply and the controller can sit anywhere. Works great.  Once the supply temp drops to whatever temp you have set for it shuts off.
