Buderus Logamatic worth it on new gas boiler? Compare vs programmable thermostats?

Plumber plans on installing a Buderus gas-fired boiler to heat the 3 zone baseboard, ~1,400 sq ft part of our house as well as fire an indirect 50 gallon hot water tank.
We have programmable thermostats in each zone that have a M-F and weekend cycle with 3 separate time frames for each day (morning, day, night). We use them to keep temps low overnight and during the day while we're gone and to come on morning, nights & weekends.
Would a Buderus logamatic be worth getting to further refine the system? Or will the savings not be worth the cost, especially considering the conversion to gas (much cheaper bill than oil, 10% savings is much lower dollars saved) and the programmable thermostats.
Thanks,

absolutely
The logo will give you outdoor reset, priority recovery for the indirect, pump exercise in off months and a host of other features. Pays for itself with the odr alone..0 -
GC124
The Buderus GC124 comes with an AquaSmart control that takes a low cost wireless ODR module, doesn't have all the functions of the 2107 but does ODR real cheap and easy!To learn more about this professional, click here to visit their ad in Find A Contractor.0 -
What
is the price of comfort worth?0 -
Zone setbacks
If you are going to do short term setbacks (with their questionable efficiencies), you better have the boiler's own control do it, as with the ODR, the water temperature may be reduced in milder weather, and therefore slower to respond to temperature settings.--NBC0
