minimum gpm on storage tank?

I have a Ruud 119 gallon storage tank with a grundfos 26-99 set on high speed circulating through a 100 plate 5x12 heat exchanger and the tank.  The tank is 118 degrees or so at the outlet on top when it's 140 degrees at the bottom where the temperature well is.  I'm wondering if there's a minimum flow needed to heat the whole tank evenly?
