I am new to radiant and this maybe ole hat to the rest of you all..but was told not to use oxygen barrier pex for potable water by pexsupply rep so I call Uponor tech...The tech said they got NSF certification Dec 2013 and it is stamped on the pipe and sure enulf it is. He said they do an extra step with regular pex to make it oxygen barrier...the outside of the pipe is coated with the oxygen barrier ( didn't ask what this is) and then an additional thin layer of pex is added over this...hope this helps someone who might be wondering
