Lochinvar software issues....

Hello all,



I am trying to download the software for the Lochinvar WHN boiler from their VIP site. It would be nice to be able to upload parameters to the boiler thru a laptop instead of by hand.



I am getting an error code when I try to Install the Smart System software.... it reads:

Could not create uninstall data file



I don't know if there's a setting my my computer that's preventing the install.



Does anyone have the program installed and did you have any issues installing it?
