Burnham Minuteman ii , blower not energizing

in Gas Heating
Hello, I have 2 Minuteman II boilers- identical units. One of them has stopped working. I have followed the flow chart to identify the problem. Also swapped out parts from the working unit and still can't find the problem. Blower just won't energize. It's not getting any power. Put in a new transformer w/ relay and still no voltage to the blower. Anybody have any experience with these Minuteman II's

there is a white plastic low water cutoff switch located on the back of the right side of the boiler. Jump that out and if the fan starts its the switch. I recently just replaced one.
Thanks for the advise, I jumped out the switch and the blower energized, and water got hot
