Asbestos???

Good morning. Can anyone tell if this is asbestos on the boiler? The boiler is a coal boiler that was converted to oil. The boiler is going out (converting to gas). This is actually a gravity hot water system that is still running with gravity! Also take a look at the picture of one of the radiator valves. Same valve for both the supply and return. Heating Heaven!
