Firebox temperature in residential natural gas powered steam boiler

Would anyone know approximately how many degrees the boiler's firebox walls can reach?



Have been using Insulstick refractory mortar and it works pretty good but it's only good to just over 2000 degrees.



Would like a refractory, waterproof, mortar that can withstand 3000 degrees if that temp can be reached in a residential steam boiler. The minimum input for the burner is 400,000 btus.

    I have always used greenpatch -421 on commercial jobs    3200 degrees
