    The show

    I can think of a lot of jobs I'd love to see on this show, and many of them wouldn't be do-overs. Think about how much we can do with relatively minor changes. That's a message that rarely makes it to TV.

    But how many ?

    Would watch a show where,say a boiler/water heater and insulation were upgraded? Not very sexy!

    Eye Candy

    Sexy wouldn't be hard if we trim out the jobs with neat little things created by  innovative artists for other areas of the house. Especially, if we work in some eye candy for the guys.

    I didn't mean sexy

    in the literal sense. It's been my experience that people don't find energy saving improvements fun or enjoyable unlike a new car or 80" LCD. This is probably the most exhaustive study on selling efficiency
