    I'm not sure that I fully understand you question. You might check out Mitsubishi City Multi though.

    check the mitusbishi city multi i don't think that it will go down to 4 ton, in the

    460 volt 3 phase. i believe the smallest is 6 ton. or is your voltage 208/230 3 phase

    the mitusubishi city multi that i looked at are the R-2 series and the Y series

    the H2i Y series also the S series but it is not 3 phase that i could check
