Ultra Oil multi temp piping

I have been tasked with correcting a job that someone else has done.  What I have I a Weil-Mclain Ultra Oil boiler.  It is piped with a supply and return manifold.  It has several hi temp zones and several radiant zones.  What I do not know is can an UltraOil boiler be piped with primary and secondary loops and work efficiently or is there a better suggestion.  The reason for this job is the radiant part is piped incorrectly, looks messy and the customer wants it moved.

It is suggested that you provide very clear pictures and/or diagrams (drawings). The radiant portion should have a mixing valve to allow the return side mix with the hot supply side. Temperature of the boiler, etc.  Information on how many pumps, location of pumps, etc. would be helpful. How do you know the radiant heating system is piped incorrectly? The radiant portion should have its own circulator pump (sized properly) for the correct flow, etc. The more clear precise information, the better advised the forum members can be. Please advise!
