I took this video on a night we saw 4F outside. First time my system ever saw a night near this cold since I installed the boiler.
This was near the end of a cycle and I was maintaining 70F. Hopefully this link will work for anyone.

Another good video I took during a 9 degree recovery. Its a shame because the camera ran out of memory just before the pressuretrol tripped. Once it fired the burner back up the system reached its temperature and shut down.

Great!
Thanks for the videos! What a great indicator that your boiler is perfectly sized for your system! It could not be much better.Dave in Quad Cities, America

Thank you
for watching.
I'm glad it all worked out especially since I was originally going for an EG-40 and decided to go to the EG-45 instead.
I have to admit, I'm depressed its spring and the heating season is almost over.Single pipe quasi-vapor system. Typical operating pressure 0.14 - 0.43 oz. EcoSteam ES-20 Advanced Control for Residential Steam boilers. Rectorseal Steamaster water treatment0 -
Buck up there.
No one said you have to stop running your boiler just because it's getting warmer outside. Just turn the thermostat up a few degrees and sit around the house in a speedo, or go outside and jump through the lawn sprinkler. I never suspected you were anything but a hard core steamophile. :-PJust another DIYer | King of Prussia, PA
