Replace Peerless JOTTW 175-S with Burnham MST

This summer I am going to replace my 20+ year old Peerless JOTTW boiler with a Mega Steam from Burnham.  I did the EDR calculation and came up with 407 . This is really close to the MST 396 but I also run a hot water heating loop off the H/W coil.

Is the MST 513 a better option ?

BTW I found that my  Peerless Boiler seems to be oversized for the load as it is rated for 646 sq ft of steam.

here's a link to my current system

    Replacement Boiler

Hi- Go with the MS 396 as it is very close to your 407 total EDR.  The pickup factor will take care of the HW Loop as long the the Loop EDR doesn't exceed the factor.
