in THE MAIN WALL
ran great for 1 yr. now ithas intermit locking fault 8y/590 reset it and runs great for 2 weeks or locks out one a day technician could not find anything . any ideas thankyou !!!!

    I have seen this before check the vent and intake for blocks. Then make sure your gas pressure is correct was there anything new installed in the gas system... That is a psi switch code.

    That code is either air supply or flu gas pressure. Or it could be high or low gas pressure. That's not the easiest code to t-shoot with out seeing it...



    I have installed about 3 of them units {well the 312 in general not just one size} and they are all still in service, one of which had a problem with ignition but buderus took care of parts and labor...
