Hot water temp low

I have an oil fired peerless boiler with tankless coil. Just recently I have had a drop in to water temp in house. The pressure level is fine but temp is waaay to low. The coil was just replaced 1 month ago. The water is very hot coming out of the coil but cools drastically on way to and through coil. As a result ; the hot water temp is cold rather than hot. What could it be

    Mixing Valve?

It sounds like you may have a bad or improperly piped mixing valve. Can you post pictures?
